Our new PU fabric (100% polyurethane) with a material thickness of 342g/m² impresses with an even glossier surface, but despite its slightly higher weight it remains just as flexible as the well-known 300g alternative. The textile layer here consists of pure polyurethane fibers, which means that the entire material is slightly cross-elastic. The PU coating consists of micro-foam, which is also composed of pure polyurethane. This gives the material its typical vinyl fabric characteristics: A smooth, reflective and glossy surface, which, however, exhibits a slightly "squeaky" resistance when rubbed together.

It is manufactured in germany and is extremely durable for this kind of material due to the high quality PVC coating. Our nylon lining is made of 100% polyamide and therefore is extremely durable. Wetness doesn't affect this material in any harmful way, dirt and mud can be wiped away with a damp cloth. As such, this fabric is perfect for lining coats and capes that you would like to carry out in nature, over muddy country lanes or into the forest.

Please note that it is extremely difficult to faithfully reproduce the colors of this material - even between daylight and artificial light there are huge differences in how the color looks on fotos. In case of doubt, please request material samples of a few colors that are in your shortlist. We ask for your understanding that we cannot send complete color charts due to the high expenditure of time and the low personal capacity of our little family business.
