A wise man once said: PVC/PU always works on clothing - even in winter. And as we totally agree to this, we came up with the design idea for "Ralf". Despite the exaggerated use of vinyl material you know us for, this quilted jacket is totally winterproof and keeps your body warm even under outside freezing conditions - thanks to its two centimeters thick padding.
Quilted vinyl jacket
So that our PVC/PU fans do not have to go outside without their beloved material in winter, we have developed our quilted jacket "Ralf". A two-centimeter thick padding gives this model that arctic character, which lets us guess the absolute winter suitability even when just looking at the jacket. Two zippered pockets and a button-down inside pocket help you to safely store necessary items.
Ralf is closed at the front with a two-way zipper, which reaches into the upper collar end. In addition, the zipper is covered by a buttoned placket, so you are completely wind - and watersheltered in this garment. The collar and the detachable hood are also thick padded. The hood can be closed with two closing straps and an additional drawstring. It is attached to the jacket with three press studs.
The jacket's length is 85 cm by default. Other lengths are available for an additional charge (or upon request). We are happy to advise you on the proper selection of garment length as well.
We manufacture this jacket exclusively from 200g vinyl fabric by standard, as the quilting only comes into its own with this somewhat thinner material. If you would like a different outer material, please feel free to contact us.
Sizes: To determine sizes, please refer to the measuring table. Extra sizes not listed and made-to-measure options are available for an additional charge. Please select the corresponding option field and provide detailed dimensions.
Material & Color: Vinyl fabric 200g/m² (80% Polyethurane, 20% Polyester) according to our color range. Standard inner lining is made of 100% polyester or (surcharged) made of warming sherpa fleece (100% cotton), very robust rain nylon (100% polyamide) or 200g/m² vinyl fabric (see above) in a color of your choice. Other materials and inner lining variants on request.
