Really, a rain cape with a belt? Well, it's those crazy designers over at RIMO, who came up with this strange idea: Our model Bertram comes as a particularly eye-catching garment and stands out clearly from classic capes by its included belt. Anyways, it also comes with all the features you would expect from a high quality rain cape: A Hood with a drawstring and adjustable locking latches, a tippet and a storm-proof button row at the front. All these details allow different wearing styles. A complete vinyl lining completes this really extravagant design for a surcharge.
A cape with a belt (?!)
A cape with a belt ? - Well, why not ! /// Well, of course ! The RIMO-creation sports a very showy character. As a matter of course, this model is again suitable for both women ("Barbara") and men. Closure is double-breasted right down to the hemline, with the lower button panels being concealed.
Just like our popular model DONNA, the Hood is fitted with two adjustable closing straps and additional drawstring.
Quite a number of Dressing combinations are possible with this model: Cape with or without belt or Hood, or additionally draped with the cape- cloak back part or completed with the front part. At last you are totally wrapped up storm-proof! The belt can be slipped through the inside back loops and then closed at the front after exiting the arm slits. For more comfort and width it is possible to leave aside the back loop fixation or the belt altogether.
Hem length if this model is about 3.5 mtrs, cape length 140 cm. Other lengths are available for an additional charge (or upon request). We are happy to advise you on the proper selection of coat length as well.
Sizes: To determine sizes, please refer to the measuring table. Extra sizes not listed and made-to-measure options are available for an additional charge. Please select the corresponding option field and provide detailed dimensions.
Material & Color: Vinyl fabric 373g/m² (80% Polyester, 20% Polyurethane), 342g/m² (100% Polyurethane), 300g/m² (77% Polyester, 23 % PVC) or 200g/m² (80% Polyurethane, 20% Polyester) according to our colour chart. Standard design is without inner lining, optionally und for a surcharge it is possible to get a classic lining (100% Polyester), Nylon (100% Polyamide), Super-Soft-Plastic (100% PVC) or Vinyl (PVC/PU fabric, see above) in a color according to our colour chart. Other materials or lining-options upon request.
Product photos: You can see our cape "Bertram" made of 300g vinyl fabric in the color Blue Grey (#5098). This material is no longer available - a similar alternative regarding the color would be glossy 200g vinyl fabric in imperial blue (#08) or 342g vinyl fabric in the color imperial blue (#361).
