"A dream of vinyl has come true" - this is how a customer once described our model "Pamela" when he saw it for the first time in our studio. This situation may have been one of the reasons that we included the former prototype as an integral part to our product range. This rain cape is one of our most elaborate and expensive cape models - and is really outstanding due to its impressive pelerine and the full interior lining with PVC/PU fabric. All in all, the design is reminiscent of classic high-fashioned coachmanship capes from the 18th and 19th centuries.
Inspired by the coachmanship of bygone days
Our extremely elaborate rain cape "Pamela" has been provided with a touch of nostalgia, so that it is reminiscent of the classic coachman capes of bygone times. This heavy cape model is completely lined with PU or PVC fabric and is closed at the top with visible metal buttons and at the bottom with concealed press studs. The cape's tippet has a small slit right and left, so that the lining flashes out here and there. The tippet is attached to the front of the cape with 5 metal buttons.
The hem width of this cape is about 3.5 meters, the length is 135 cm in standard. Other lengths are available for an additional charge (or upon request). We are happy to advise you on the proper selection of cape length as well.
Sizes: To determine sizes, please refer to the measuring table. Extra sizes not listed and made-to-measure options are available for an additional charge. Please select the corresponding option field and provide detailed dimensions.
Material & Color: Vinyl 342g/m² (100% Polyurethane), 300g/m² (77% Polyester, 23 % PVC) or 200g/m² (80% Polyurethane, 20% Polyester) according to our color chart. The standard inner lining is made of vinyl fabric (as mentioned above) in a color of your choice. We also offer other materials and inner lining variants upon request.
