Latex Quilted Coat "Emilia"

Vinyl quilted coats have been part of our range for a long time - now we're going one better: A quilted coat model made of latex material! Our new coat model "Emilia" is provided with double-layer padding (approx. 3-4 cm), so that the quilted effect is optically effective even with latex material, which is much heavier than vinyl material.

Two zippered outer pockets provide ample storage space for everyday items. The front zip (approx. 120 cm) begins about 10 cm above the coat hem (when having a standard coat  length of 135 cm) to allow sufficient freedom of movement for the legs and continues to the point of the collar. The hem can be adjusted even further with the two zippers on the side.

There are concealed knitted cuffs on the sleeve hem to prevent cold air from coming in. The hood, which is of course also quilted, can be easily attached or removed with press studs - depending on requirements, it protects against rain and can be pulled tight around the head with a drawstring. Two buttoned straps protect the neck area from the ingress of cold.

The inner lining is made of 100% polyester in a color of your choice. We also choose the color of the outer zippers (front and pockets) to match the inner lining.

The standard length of Emilia is approx. 130 centimeters (can deviate by 1-2 cm due to the quilting). Other lengths may be available on request.

Sizes: To determine sizes, please refer to the measuring table. Extra sizes not listed and made-to-measure options are available for an additional charge. Please select the corresponding option field and provide detailed dimensions.

Material & Color: Latex sheeting (made from pure natural latex, free from silicone and other additives) or Datex Fabric (90% polyester, 10% elasthane + natural latex) according to our colour charts. Standard inner lining is made of 100% polyester in a color of your choice according to our color chart. Optionally und for a surcharge it is possible to get a lining made from very robust nylon (100% Polyamide) oder 0,5 mm Latex (EU or Asia in standard colors) in a color according to our colour chart. Other materials or lining-options upon request.

Product photos: You can see our quilted coat model "Emilia" made of 0.5 mm Euro Datex material in the color fluorescent pink (#DC016). Incidentally, due to the fluorescence, the photos sometimes appear a bit glaring due to the studio lighting.

Please also note that the material on the photos is untreated for storage reasons (i.e. still powdered for production reasons) and can be polished to a high gloss without leaving streaks using the appropriate care products.
