Sometimes raincoats are supposed to be simple and functional and simply protect against rain - sometimes they should also look very good. A real status symbol in this regard is our model "Guido". As one of our most elaborate coat models, this eye-catching garment combines all the features that make up for a distinctive trenchcoat character. A two-row buttoned high-yoke and a deep buttoned box pleat are just two of them. On request you can also make Guido even more opulent: with hood and cape.
Very elaborate coat model
Our raincoat "Guido" is one of our most elaborate coat designs. The single-breasted raglan cut, featuring a concealed button placket, acquires a distinct trench coat character with its double-row buttoned high yoke. The front yoke extends to the back and is adorned with a back pleat for added movement. The deep back pleat is buttoned and can also be worn open.
For a casual look, the coat can be worn open while keeping the yoke closed with 2 or 3 rows of buttons.
Guido is further equipped with shoulder straps, a small collar strap, and an additional large neck strap, which proves useful in inclement weather. The sleeve straps and belt are meticulously stitched lengthwise.
This model can be supplemented with a cape and hood for an additional charge. Both pieces can be buttoned onto the coat independently.
Guido comes in the standard length of 135 cm. Other lengths are available for an additional charge or upon request. We are also happy to provide guidance on selecting the appropriate coat length.
Sizes: To determine sizes, please refer to the measuring table. Extra sizes not listed and made-to-measure options are available for an additional charge. Please select the corresponding option field and provide detailed dimensions.
Material & Color: Vinyl 342g/m² (100% Polyurethane), 300g/m² (77% Polyester, 23 % PVC) or 200g/m² (80% Polyurethane, 20% Polyester) according to our color chart. Other materials are available upon request. The standard inner lining is made of 100% polyester, or, for an additional charge, it can be made of soft plastic (100% PVC), nylon (100% polyamide), or 200g/m² vinyl fabric (as mentioned above) in a color of your choice. We also offer other materials and inner lining variants upon request.
Product photos: You can see our coat "Guido" made from 300g vinyl fabric in the color green (#6051). Photos 5, 6, 7 and 8 show the surcharged variant with tippet and hood. Photos 3 and 4 show the variant with a hood (surcharged) and without the tippet.
