Let's be honest: An Army Parky may be very practical with its weather resistance and many pockets. But do you really want to wear a garment made for military use in everyday life? Rather, grab our Parka Pirkko - which is at least as practical as the fashion sin of the Army, but looks much more elegant and fashionable. For winter usage, get an optional button-down faux fur lining and an extra faux-fur lined hood.
Army Parka like Rain Jacket made from vinyl
Equipped like an Army Parka, but much more elegant and at least as practical - that's our Parka Pirkko. Of course, this model can be worn by both women and men ("Pirko").
Two breast pockets, two side pockets and a large inside pocket help you to store useful items. Of course, shoulder straps are also essential for this garment. The continuous zipper can be closed up to the collar tip. Above the zipper there is another button tab that keeps wind and rain outside. All buttons are stabilized with textile backing. Two drawstrings with a nylon-lined tunnel at the waist and the hem, as well as the multi-adjustable sleeve cuffs help to keep any foul weather out of the garment.
The hood can be unbuttoned and closed with two adjustable straps as desired and/or additionally completely tied up with a drawstring. Our model Pirkko in its basic version is lined with polyester in a color matching the outside color.
As a so called "winter equipment", there is also an optional button-down sherpa fleece (100% cotton) lining and an additional sherpa fleece lined hood.
The length measured in the back is 90 cm. Other lengths are available for an additional charge (or upon request). We are happy to advise you on the proper selection of garment length as well.

Sizes: To determine sizes, please refer to the measuring table. Extra sizes not listed and made-to-measure options are available for an additional charge. Please select the corresponding option field and provide detailed dimensions.
Material & Color: Vinyl 342g/m² (100% Polyurethane), 300g/m² (77% Polyester, 23 % PVC) or 200g/m² (80% Polyurethane, 20% Polyester) according to our color chart. Other materials are available upon request. The standard inner lining is made of 100% polyester, or, for an additional charge, it can be made of robust rain nylon (100% polyamide) or 200g/m² vinyl fabric (as mentioned above) in a color of your choice. The optional buttonable lining is made from so called sherpa fleece, a warming cotton fabric (100% cotton). We also offer other materials and inner lining variants upon request.
