“Dagny” two-tone lacquer cape with detachable hood
“Dagny” is a generously cut, approximately knee-length rain cape with a clean A-line silhouette, concealed front fastening and customisable two-tone design. Its tall stand collar, detachable hood and closable arm openings combine distinctive glossy rainwear with a carefully engineered made-to-order construction.
The reflective surface emphasises the cape’s fluid volume, while a separately selected accent colour highlights the arm openings and selected hood and collar details. Main and accent colours are configured independently, allowing anything from a subtle tonal finish to a bold contrast combination.
Generous cape silhouette The sleeveless cut falls freely from the shoulders and offers ample room for movement. The standard length is approximately 100 cm.
Detachable hood The hood attaches at three press-stud points and can be removed completely. A tall stand collar continues to cover the neck without the hood.
Custom two-tone finish Choose the cape body and contrast details separately to create a personal colour combination, from restrained to highly expressive.

How the colour selection works: The first colour is used for the main cape body. The second colour defines the accents around the arm openings and selected hood and collar details. Product photographs show sample combinations; your cape is made according to the configuration you submit.
Materials & lining
“Dagny” can be ordered in several lacquer-fabric qualities offered in the configurator. Confirmed options include 200 g/m² lacquer fabric made from 80% polyurethane and 20% polyester, 300 g/m² lacquer fabric made from 77% polyester and 23% PVC, and 342 g/m² lacquer fabric made from 100% polyurethane. Weight, composition, handle and drape vary by material.
The standard lining is 100% polyester. Subject to current availability, alternative linings such as nylon, soft vinyl or 200 g/m² lacquer fabric in a matching or contrasting colour may be selected at an additional charge.
Size, length & made-to-order production
The standard length is approximately 100 cm. Select a regular size using our size chart. Alternative lengths, special sizes and made-to-measure production are available at an additional charge; activate the appropriate option and submit the required body measurements using our measuring guide.
This cape is not ready-made stock. It is individually produced after you select the size, material and colours. The production time currently shown for this product is 25–30 working days (information current as of August 2026).

The gallery shows “Dagny” in several sample combinations, including orange with pale blue and pale blue with pink. Colour appearance may vary with the screen, lighting and selected fabric quality. The configuration submitted with your order determines the finished garment.

Can the hood be removed?
Yes. The hood attaches to the cape at three press-stud points and can be removed completely. The tall stand collar remains in place.
Are the contrast details pockets?
No. They are cover flaps for the arm openings. The arms can be passed through these openings, and each flap can be secured with one press stud.
Can I combine the main and accent colours freely?
Yes, within the colours currently offered in the configurator. The first colour defines the cape body and the second the contrast details. Please contact us before ordering if you require a special combination.
Can I request a different length or made-to-measure size?
Yes. Alternative lengths, special sizes and made-to-measure production are available at an additional charge. We require the relevant body measurements according to our measuring guide.
Is “Dagny” available for immediate dispatch?
No. The cape is made after ordering in your selected size, material and colour combination. The current production estimate is 25–30 working days (information current as of August 2026).
