Parka "Pirkko"

Useful as an Army Parka, but much prettier

Equipped like an Army Parka, but much more elegant and at least as practical - that's our Parka Pirkko. Of course, this model can be worn by both women and men ("Pirko"). Two breast pockets, two side pockets and a large inside pocket help you to store useful items. Of course, epaulets are also essential for this garment. The continuous zipper can be closed up to the collar tip. Above the zipper there is another button tab that keeps wind and rain outside. All buttons are stabilized with textile backing.

Two drawstrings with a nylon-lined tunnel at the waist and the hem, as well as the multi-adjustable sleeve cuffs help to keep any foul weather out of the garment.

The hood can be detached by buttons and closed with two adjustable straps as desired and/or additionally completely tied up with a drawstring.

Our model Pirkko in its basic version is lined with polyester in a color matching the outside color. As a so called "winter equipment", there is also an optional button-down sherpa fleece lining and an additional sherpoa fleece lined hood.

Please note that this latex parka (as all of our latex products are) is reinforced with vinyl material in the particularly stressed seam areas. This results into a much better durability of the press studs as well as the entire functional element as a whole.

The standard length of Pirkko is 85 centimeters. Other lengths are available for an additional charge (or upon request). We are happy to advise you on the proper selection of garment length as well.

Sizes: To determine sizes, please refer to the measuring table. Extra sizes not listed and made-to-measure options are available for an additional charge. Please select the corresponding option field and provide detailed dimensions.

Material & Color: Latex sheeting (made from pure natural latex, free from silicone and other additives) or DateX Fabric (69% natural latex, 27% polyamide, 4% elastane) according to our colour charts. Standard design without inner lining, optional and for a surcharge it's possible to get a classic lining made from polyester (100% polyester), a very robust lining made from rain nylon (100% polyamide) oder a lining made from Latex (see above) in a color of your choice according to our color charts. The optional buttonable lining is made from so called sherpa fleece, a warming cotton fabric (100% cotton). Other materials or inner lining options on request.
